So here is little about me:
I sought out an amazing education from both formal and "frontline" educators to bring you fact-based instruction that can realistically be harnessed for improving your life.
I’m also a mother, partner, and adventure seeker who loves singing, playing guitar, discovering new hiking trails, swimming, and practicing mindfulness and yoga. You might also find me enjoying a great cocktail, exploring farm-to-table restaurants, or curled up with one of the many books stacked on my nightstand.
Why I Do What I Do
From my senior year of high school into college, my own health was spiraling. Heart disease runs in my family, and by my early twenties, my blood pressure had reached 190/90. My weight climbed to 240 pounds.
Life changes hit all at once — leaving home, starting college, managing finances on my own, and navigating my parents’ messy divorce. I felt isolated, with no control of where I was going and how I was going to get there.
My stress levels were high, and I turned to food for comfort. I became an emotional eater, using food as self-medication.
I knew I had to make a change before I ended up in a place I didn’t want to be.
Over time, as I began to heal myself through a holistic approach with food, I became fascinated with all things nutrition so much so that I earned a degree in Nutrition Science to help others do the same.
Through curiosity, small changes, and a deep commitment to listening to my body, I began to heal — not just my weight, but my relationship with food, my energy, and my sense of self.
This personal experience, paired with what I witnessed in the healthcare system, opened my eyes. Our society is guided by government health regulations and dietary guidelines, yet chronic illness rates keep climbing. Doctors are under more pressure than ever to prescribe medication — but no pill can create true health. Medications can manage symptoms, but they rarely address the root cause.
I’ve learned that lasting healing always comes back to three major roots:
Genes • Digestion • Inflammation
When we address all three, the body finally has what it needs to restore balance and thrive. And that’s exactly what I help my clients do.

This is a space for women, especially busy moms who want real, lasting solutions for their hormone, digestive, and overall health. I believe the true answer lies in a holistic, root-cause approach that bridges the gap between what we’ve been told about health and what our bodies actually need to thrive.

Like many telehealth services, I offer Coaching Sessions via Zoom calls and Phone Calls. I choose this method of meeting because of it being cost effective for everyone and being able to offer more appointment slot variety.
I understand life can throw us curve balls, so in an effort to be flexible for clients, I do offer TWO FREE opportunities per client to reschedule.
Rescheduling requires at least a 12-hour notice before the appointment to not be considered “missed”. Please email me at taylor@thenaturalwaywithtay.com for any rescheduling needs and I will provide you with a link that allows you to select a new time.
If an appointment is missed or you have already used your free rescheduling opportunities, I offer you a 50% discount on the next appointment you wish to purchase. Please email me at taylor@thenaturalwaywithtay.com and I will provide you with a link that allows you to use this offer.
