What To Expect & Look Forward to!
Getting Started
In our first session, we will complete a comprehensive client intake process that allows me to find out about your needs and goals. I will be asking a variety of questions in order to customize a meal plan and approach to meet your established health goals. During the second session, you will receive handouts based on the info provided from the first session. These handouts will be emailed and discussed in great detail. The handouts include a meal plan, shopping list/guide, food journal, and our behavioral approach moving forward on your wellness journey!
Coaching Sessions
After getting familiar with your goals and needs for the first two sessions, we turn to the next phase where we focus on finding long term success. You will be introduced to the 8 Pillars of Health of living a Nutritious Life. This is a whole-person approach to health and wellness, where you will acknowledge that it’s not just about the food. A more natural way of living a Nutritious Life means embracing these 8 Pillars, which are all equally interconnected and vital—physiologically and behaviorally to achieve your health goals. Throughout this process, we will continue to discuss how things are going and refine your meal plan as needed.
Understanding Food
We will dive deep into the nutrition science behind Macronutrients: Carbohydrates, Fats, and Proteins. The importance of them, why we need them, and which type of fats and carbs we need more and less of! I'll answer any specific questions or concerns related to this topic and tailor them to your specific nutritional needs. And that's barely scratching the surface of the evidence based nutrition principles we will go over in the 90-Day Health Freedom Transformation.
Health Freedom
When it comes to making a change, you need a guide you can trust. Together we will work on giving you the tools for Empowered Eating and how this can strategically alter the way you think and feel about food. We will discuss triggers and controls on how to manage emotional eating as they both work together.

Like many telehealth services, I offer Coaching Sessions via Zoom calls and Phone Calls. I choose this method of meeting because of it being cost effective for everyone and being able to offer more appointment slot variety.
No! This is not a diet, this is a lifestyle change, where you get to create a NEW shopping list for whole foods that will be purchased from your local grocery store or farmer’s market. These whole products will be REAL food that embrace empowered eating based on your food preferences! How exciting is this?!
I understand life can throw us curve balls, so in an effort to be flexible for clients, I do offer TWO FREE opportunities per client to reschedule.
Rescheduling requires at least a 12-hour notice before the appointment to not be considered “missed”. Please email me at taylor@thenaturalwaywithtay.com for any rescheduling needs and I will provide you with a link that allows you to select a new time.
